Some of Taylor Swift’s wedding activities may be happening in Rhode Island after all.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, June 18, TMZ reported<\/a> a gathering at Swift’s Watch Hill mansion on the night of Wednesday, June 17 \u2013 just four days after Swift’s heavily rumored Rhode Island wedding date of June 13<\/a>.<\/p>\n Citing an eyewitness who lives in the area, the report says a large security presence and a lit-up house could be seen on Swift’s property<\/a> on June 17, though the mansion’s lights typically remain off. TMZ reports another onlooker filmed a video of four unidentified women on the rooftop balcony, with three in black robes and the fourth dressed in white.<\/p>\n The celebrity news site also released pictures from the same night showing a woman holding a child on Swift’s balcony. TMZ assumed the woman to be Abigail Anderson Berard, Swift’s childhood friend whom she mentions by name in the song “Fifteen.” Anderson Berard welcomed her first child back in August 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n With another rumored wedding date of July 3 approaching, TMZ said the gathering could have been a bachelorette party, the wedding itself or even a different event. As of now, there is no confirmation Taylor Swift is in Rhode Island.<\/p>\n In December 2025,\u00a0Page Six stated Swift’s wedding date<\/a>\u00a0as Saturday, June 13, and the theory quickly spread due to the singer’s love of numerology \u2013 13 is known to be her lucky number. However, in April 2026,\u00a0Page Six updated the wedding date<\/a>\u00a0to Friday, July 3, citing the save-the-dates.<\/p>\n One of Swift’s\u00a0favorite holidays<\/a>\u00a0is the\u00a0Fourth of July<\/a>. If the singer did host her wedding over Independence Day weekend, her nuptials would join a\u00a0long list of star-studded parties she has hosted for the holiday<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 all of which have been in Rhode Island.<\/p>\n Still, other Swifties believe the popstar will not reveal a wedding date to the public at all, or even that her and Kelce have already tied the knot in secret.
