Influencer Emilie Kiser<\/strong> <\/a>has been open with her followers about her grief journey in the months after son Trigg\u2019s death at age 3.<\/p>\n

News broke in May 2025 that Emilie and husband Brady Kiser<\/strong>\u2019s eldest son<\/a> died after being found unconscious in the family\u2019s pool. Trigg\u2019s death occurred more than one month after Emilie gave birth to the couple\u2019s second child, son Theodore \u201cTeddy,\u201d in March.<\/p>\n

Despite authorities initially recommending pressing criminal charges against Brady because he was the only adult home at the time of the accident, the Maricopa County Attorney\u2019s Office ultimately decided against it and said there was \u201cno likelihood of conviction.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her first podcast since Trigg\u2019s death, Emilie got candid about how she hopes to keep her eldest son\u2019s memory alive.<\/a><\/p>\n

When Emilie first addressed Trigg\u2019s death<\/a> in August 2025, she warned other parents about pool safety.<\/p>\n

\u201cLoss of this magnitude feels impossible to put into words. I\u2019ve spent days, weeks, months trying to find them and also take the time I\u2019ve needed to digest the loss of my baby,\u201d she wrote on Instagram.<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI take full accountability as Trigg\u2019s mother, and I know I should have done more to protect him. \u201cIf you\u2019re going through loss, I just want to say I\u2019m here with you. It\u2019s a never ending feeling of sadness,\u201d she wrote, explaining that she has stopped fighting the waves of emotion that come with the death of a child.<\/p>\n

\u201cFeeling grief is so so important and to me, it\u2019s hard and ugly, but it\u2019s also a reminder of my infinite love for Trigg,\u201d Kiser continued. \u201cI know if my grief went away tomorrow, I would be sad. Because it would mean I\u2019m not forever living with the memories of and feelings of loving him and missing him.\u201d<\/p>\n
