Kelly Osbourne<\/strong><\/a> is planning to honor her late dad, Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong><\/a>, on the first Father\u2019s Day since his death last year.<\/p>\n \u201cMe and my brother Louis are going to do something special for my dad this weekend,\u201d Kelly, 41, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> at the Mind x The Ricky Hatton Foundation charity auction in London on Thursday, June 18.<\/p>\n Heavy metal legend Ozzy died at age 76 in July 2025. His cause of death<\/a> was later revealed to be cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson\u2019s disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2019.<\/p>\n While speaking to Us<\/em>, Kelly shared an update on how she\u2019s doing nearly one year after her father\u2019s death.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m getting a little bit better every day. The pain will never go away, and I\u2019ll never be the person I was before he died again,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I\u2019m getting to know the new me.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked who is the \u201cnew\u201d Kelly, she responded, \u201cI\u2019m still figuring it out.\u201d<\/p>\n Ozzy shared Kelly, as well as daughter Aimee<\/strong>, 42, and son Jack<\/strong>, 40, with wife Sharon Osbourne<\/strong>. The singer was also a dad to daughter Jessica<\/strong>, 54, and son Louis<\/strong>, 51, with ex-wife Thelma Riley<\/strong>. He also adopted Riley\u2019s son from a previous relationship, Elliot<\/strong>, 60.<\/p>\n Ozzy\u2019s family confirmed his death in a statement to Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,\u201d they shared. \u201cHe was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n In her own tribute shared via Instagram in August 2025, Kelly opened up about dealing with grief<\/a>.<\/p>\n
