Beartooth has premiered a new song called \u201cBulls***,\u201d a track off the band\u2019s upcoming album,\u00a0Pure Ecstasy<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sick of myself\/ I\u2019m sick of this bulls***,\u201d frontman Caleb Shomo sings in the chorus.<\/p>\n

Shomo found himself dealing with some more BS relating to the song\u2019s lyric video. After posting a teaser for the track Thursday, Shomo said that the clip was flagged for using AI.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe artist we commissioned for this project assured us adamantly throughout the process that no AI was used to create this lyric video,\u201d Shomo wrote in a Facebook<\/a> post Thursday. \u201cUnfortunately after a lot of red flags and conversations this morning, we now know for a fact that was not the case.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shomo added, \u201cWe have no interest in using AI or artists lying about using AI to try to translate the blood sweat and tears that were put into this album in any way shape or form.\u201d<\/p>\n

Instead of using that video, Shomo\u2019s brother, Luke Shomo, built a new one from scratch, which you can watch on YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pure Ecstasy<\/em>, the follow-up to 2023\u2019s\u00a0The Surface<\/em>, is due out Aug. 28. It also includes the previously released single \u201cFree\u201d and the title track.<\/p>\n

Beartooth will launch a U.S. headlining tour in November.\ufeff<\/strong>\ufeff<\/p>\n
