Meghan Trainor<\/a>\u2018s husband, Spy Kids<\/a><\/em> star Daryl Sabara<\/a>, just revealed a devastating family loss \u2014 the death of his father, Roland Sabara.<\/p>\n On Friday, June 19, Daryl, 34, took to Instagram<\/a> with a photo of his dad and a heartbreaking tribute. \u201cMy Dad, Roland Sabara, passed away last night,\u201d he announced.<\/p>\n The bereaved son continued, \u201cWe only saw each other a couple of times, and I will cherish those memories forever. I know he did the best he could, and I know he\u2019s in a better place now.\u201d<\/p>\n Daryl is best known for playing Juni Cortez alongside Alexa PenaVega<\/a> in the 2001 film Spy Kids<\/em> and its two sequels, Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams<\/em><\/a> (2002), and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over<\/em><\/a> (2003).
