Just as NannyTok was getting off the ground in Ibiza, Leah mentioned to one of the people in their friend group that she previously hooked up with a dad who hired her to work for him. This set off a chain reaction as everyone in their circle caught wind of the revelation \u2014 which is considered a no-no in the nanny community.<\/p>\n

Leah later explained that the dad was a friend who asked her to watch his child once. Since they had a history \u2014 and he was not married \u2014 it wasn’t as scandalous as other nannies and later families in Ibiza made it out to be.<\/p>\n

“At first, when I’m finding out about it, it was more so finding out the details and like trying not to jump to conclusions,” Mitchell Bienvenue<\/strong> exclusively told Us Weekly about his initial reaction. “There was a lot of not knowing because we had just met Leah and there was not wanting to just judge without knowing anything.”<\/p>\n

“It was more so about gathering all the information and hearing Leah speak,” he noted. “Then it was about coming up with an actual plan to not allow it to ruin what we’re trying to do in creating a nanny agency.”<\/p>\n

Leah’s confessional ultimately does affect the group once word spreads. For his fianc\u00e9e, Taylor Hayward<\/strong>, it was hard to know who to trust in the situation after a client spilled the beans to the rest of the island.<\/p>\n

“Obviously I was shocked at first. I didn’t hear it from Leah herself so obviously I wanted to know for sure,” she told Us. “If he was single or if he was married and all of that. So I didn’t know any details.”<\/p>\n

Taylor defended her decision, saying, “I got super, super close with [my boss] and I never really had any of the girls by my side the whole time. I kind of felt alone, and she was somebody that I trusted with everything. I told her because I just felt comfortable and that was like one thing [I regret].”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
