He was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking during his highly publicized trial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The former music mogul found himself back in the news recently after old footage circulated of him laughing as he invited The Ring actress Daveigh Chase to a party following the 2003 MTV Movie Awards when she was just 13 years old, reports <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themirror.com\/entertainment\/diddy-laughs-invites-13-year-766645\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">the Mirror US<\/a>. Daveigh <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themirror.com\/entertainment\/breaking-daveigh-chase-ring-actress-1892416\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_self\">died on Tuesday, June 16th<\/a>, from meningitis and an infection in her blood, which caused her to suffer from septic issues and led her body to shut down entirely.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">In the footage, Diddy asked, &#8220;Are you coming to the after party tonight?&#8221; The invitation came after Diddy and Ashton Kutcher had presented Daveigh with the award for &#8220;Best Villain.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Diddy laughed after Daveigh agreed to go to the party. Footage has also surfaced of Daveigh living on Los Angeles&#8217; infamous Skid Row before her death.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">In the disturbing clip posted on social media, Daveigh can be seen lying on the floor of what appears to be a tent or trailer. She looked extremely thin and barely conscious. Ryan told the outlet he managed to reach Chase by phone shortly after seeing the footage and was preparing to bring her in for treatment. But she had vanished again by the time he arrived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Meanwhile, Diddy&#8217;s release date has been moved up for the third time recently.
