Hoda Kotb<\/a> had nothing but love for her ex-fianc\u00e9, Joel Schiffman<\/a>, on Father\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n The former Today<\/a><\/em> host celebrated Schiffman on the holiday by sharing a new photo of him with their two daughters<\/a>, Haley and Hope. \u201cBest father\u2019s day to the best father,\u201d Kotb captioned the Instagram pic<\/a>, which featured Schiffman posing with his arms around their kids.<\/p>\n Fans sent their own Father\u2019s Day well-wishes to Schiffman, as well as praised the pair\u2019s co-parenting relationship, in the post\u2019s comments. \u201cThey need you Joel, more than you can imagine!\u201d one person wrote. The duo became parents when they adopted Haley in 2017. Schiffman popped the question in 2019, the same year he and Kotb adopted Hope. Schiffman joined Hoda, their kids, her mom, Sameha Kotb<\/a>, and her sister, Hala Kotb<\/a>, for their holiday celebrations.
