The record-breaking doesn\u2019t stop there, for the song is now also Apple Music\u2019s biggest country single of 2026, and it broke Apple Music\u2019s all-time record for the biggest soundtrack single based on first-day plays<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\tThis makes sense, in large part, due the music video\u2019s exclusivity to Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming platforms. Swifties and others wanting to view the video footage of Jessie, whom the song is about, flocked to both services to contribute to the impressive new metrics.<\/p>\n \n\tThe track also had the biggest first 24-hour streaming debut globally for any song on Amazon Music in 2026.<\/p>\n \n\tPrevious, 12:20 p.m.: <\/strong>Taylor Swift\u2019s original song for the upcoming Toy Story 5<\/em>, \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You\u201d now has a music video companion available to view on Spotify and Apple Music.<\/p>\n \n\tThe song aligns closely with the story of Jessie (voiced by Joan Cusack), who first entered the playground in Toy Story 2<\/em>. Swift wrote it \u201cas soon as [she] got home from\u201d a very early screening of the film, and it marks a return to her country music roots heard in her first several albums from her debut to Fearless<\/em> to Speak Now<\/em> and Red<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tThe scene of Jessie first meeting Woody with Bullseye in the background kicks off the music video. Then she joins the rest of the toys, including Buzz Lightyear. She also flashes back to her previous owner leaving her in a donations box, red car driving away. The music video ends with a young, red-headed girl who looks a lot like Jessie pictured playing with the cowgirl doll in a tire swing and falling into a pile of leaves.
