Jennifer Garner<\/a> celebrated Father’s Day with rare photos of Ben Affleck<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Five Star Weekend<\/em><\/a>actress paid tribute to her late father, William Garner, and her ex-husband in a sweet Instagram<\/a> post featuring throwback pictures.<\/p>\n “My sisters and I loved to spoil our dad; he never wanted for fresh baked cookies or a bowl of ice cream. I see the way my kids dote on their dad and I’m happy for them. To love and be loved by a great dad is a gift,” she wrote.<\/p>\n “Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads and to the kids of dads, too. \u2665\ufe0f”<\/p>\n The photos included Affleck in his Batman mask with their son, and another shot of him posing with their two oldest children.<\/p>\n She also shared an image of Garner’s father on a boat reading a book, and a picture of her and her sisters enveloping him in a hug. He died in March 2024<\/a> at 85.<\/p>\n “There is so much to say about my dad\u2014 my sisters and I will never be done talking about how wonderful he was, so bear with us\u2014 but for today I share these memories with my appreciation for the kind and brilliant man, father, and grandfather he was, as well as the loving legacy he left behind,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.<\/p>\n Garner and Affleck were married from 2005 and split in 2015, and share three children: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. Affleck married former flame Jennifer Lopez<\/a> in 2022.
