New music from Morgan Wallen is coming SOON.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to imagine an artist having a better year than Morgan Wallen<\/strong><\/a> had in 2025. Riding the highs of his fourth studio album,\u00a0I\u2019m The Problem<\/em>, the Tennessee native broke all sorts of records. In addition to dethroning Garth Brooks and becoming the highest-selling country artist of all time (3rd all-genre), Wallen also scored the most-listened-to album on Apple Music globally, the #1 most-listened-to album in the U.S. on Spotify and became the second male country artist in history to be named Billboard\u2019s Top Artist of the Year<\/strong><\/a>, beating out the likes of Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny and more.<\/p>\n

2026 has been yet another huge year for the \u201cWhiskey Glasses\u201d singer as he\u2019s currently on his massive Still The Problem Tour<\/em>. Couple that with the debut of his very own radio station on SiriusXM and breaking the internet by teaming up with Ella Langley on \u201cI Can\u2019t Love You Anymore,\u201d there\u2019s a lot to look forward to once again if you\u2019re a fan of the \u201cWhiskey Glasses\u201d singer.<\/p>\n

Despite the year being another massive success, the question that has been on everyone\u2019s mind lately is, \u201cWhen is he dropping new music?\u201d Of course, he did release a studio cut of his cover of \u201cGraveyard Whistling\u201d in October of last year, which fans thought could potentially be part of a deluxe edition<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0I\u2019m The Problem<\/em>, but that hasn\u2019t proven to be the case, at least not yet.<\/p>\n

Back in April, Wallen would confirm that he\u2019s sitting<\/strong><\/a> on \u201cseven or eight\u201d singles and that he\u2019s ready to start dropping \u201clittle sneak peeks.\u201d As it turns out, that first sneak peek came earlier in the month during the weekend of CMA Fest in Nashville when he dropped a teaser for a brand new track. It finds him coming to the realization that he\u2019s in a relationship that\u2019s no longer working\u2026 because \u201cif it was meant to be, we\u2019d have been by now\u201d:<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, Wallen, along with Ella Langley, Brooks & Dunn, Gavin Adcock and Zach John King, made a two-night stop in Chicago at Soldier Field. Other than making a little joke<\/a><\/strong> about him canceling his most recently-scheduled show in Pittsburgh a couple of weeks ago due to predicted weather, it looks like he was listening to some of his unreleased new music backstage, as he shared a teaser of him listening to the aforementioned track.<\/p>\n

This time around, however,\u00a0he played this time is a different part of the song.<\/p>\n

Shortly after night two in Chicago on Saturday, Wallen would then update his Instagram bio, adding a pre-save link. Though the link does not point to the name of the song or a date itself, simply reading \u201cBe the first to hear new music from Morgan Wallen,\u201d it\u2019s incredibly clear that the reigning Billboard Artist of the Year is gearing up for a new track (or more) incredibly soon.<\/p>\n

Given the pop-heavy, summer vibe of the song, it feels like a bit of a no-brainer for the \u201cWhat I Want\u201d singer to go ahead and pull the trigger on a release with both the season itself and the 4th of July coming incredibly soon.<\/p>\n

For now, however, we\u2019ll just have to wait and see.<\/p>\n
