Former Real Housewives of Miami<\/em><\/a> star Lisa Hochstein<\/strong><\/a> spoke out following the announcement that charges in her and boyfriend Jody Glidden<\/strong>\u2019s eavesdropping case<\/a> have been dropped.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m grateful that this is all behind me,\u201d Hochstein, 43, wrote via her Instagram Story<\/a> on Monday, June 22. \u201cAll charges have been dropped.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bravo star went on, \u201c[The charges] never should\u2019ve been there in the first place and I\u2019m finally free of this burden that [has] affected my family and I tremendously.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hochstein also shared news coverage of the dismissal along with the caption, \u201cJustice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hochstein and Glidden were arrested in April<\/a> in connection to criminal charges related to her ex-husband, Leonard \u201cLenny\u201d Hochstein<\/strong>. The pair were accused in court documents of \u201cunlawfully and intentionally\u201d attempting to secretly record \u201coral statements by Lisa\u2019s ex-husband, Leonard \u2018Lenny\u2019 Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with\u201d between March 12 and March 31, 2023.<\/p>\n

Lisa and Glidden\u2019s spokesperson told Us Weekly<\/em>\u00a0at the time of their arrest, \u201cThis matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> obtained court documents confirming that the criminal case against Hochstein and Glidden, 52, was officially closed on Monday after they completed a pretrial diversion program. (Hochstein reportedly completed the program on Thursday, June 18, while Glidden finished it on Tuesday, June 16.)<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not besties or anything, but we\u2019re neutral,\u201d Lisa, 43, exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 15, while attending BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. \u201cWe\u2019re cordial and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Us<\/em> reported<\/a> in May that the couple reached an agreement with prosecutors to resolve charges of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications without prosecution. Their attorneys confirmed to Us<\/em> at the time that \u201call charges\u201d against the duo would be \u201cdismissed [in] mid-June without any admission of guilt or conviction.\u201d<\/p>\n

Court documents indicated that the RHOM<\/em> stars took advantage of the program as \u201can alternative to prosecution offered by the Miami-Dade County State Attorney\u2019s Office,\u201d according to NBC News Miami<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201c[The pretrial diversion program] provides offenders with non-violent priors a viable alternative to a criminal conviction,\u201d the office explained \u201cThe program serves criminal defendants by allowing them to make significant changes in their lives so they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system. Offenders enter the program voluntarily, and if they complete all conditions and remain arrest-free during participation, the State Attorney\u2019s Office will drop the charges.\u201d<\/p>\n
