Fox & Friends Weekend<\/em><\/a> cohost Rachel Campos-Duffy<\/a> is under fire after she took a dig at New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani<\/a> on Sunday\u2019s (June 21) show when she referred to him as a \u201cnepo baby.\u201d<\/p>\n Campos-Duffy made the comment after her cohost, Griff Jenkins, said he has no skills when it comes to assembling grills or solving plumbing problems. \u201cWell, somebody who couldn\u2019t lift weights and probably couldn\u2019t tile your bathroom either\u2026 that\u2019s nepo baby Zohran Mondani, who\u2019s now running the city of New York,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n For those unfamiliar, a nepo baby (short for \u201cnepotism baby\u201d) is someone who is afforded opportunities due to their famous or highly influential parents. In addition to appearing across several Fox News shows, Evita has also written opinion pieces for Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n Mamdani\u2019s critics have often referred to him as a \u201cnepo baby,\u201d despite his parents never having worked in the political field.
