After teasing new music just a few days ago (June 21), Royal Blood<\/a> have today (June 23) announced some new summer 2026 comeback shows. Check out all the dates below.<\/p>\n

Over on Instagram at the weekend, the band shared a clip of new music and encouraged fans \u201cto sign up to the mailing list\u201d, prompting fans to speculate a new album could be on the way.<\/p>\n

Then, today, the band confirmed that they would be \u201creturning this summer for three special shows in Margate, Southampton and Guildford.\u201d They also added that at the events, they would \u201cplay you a couple of new songs,\u201d revealing that new music was indeed on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Royal Blood told fans to sign up to the mailing list here<\/a> by midnight on June 24 to get pre-sale access, which begins on June 25 at 10am BST. The general ticket sale begins on June 26 10am BST, and you can get tickets for that here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Back in 2024, the band celebrated the 10th anniversary of their self-titled debut album, telling\u00a0NME<\/em> at the time that \u201cit\u2019s still a record that we live and breathe<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the album and their career, the band said their debut saw them go from being \u201cindependent lone rangers trying to find ourselves shows\u201d playing cosy pub gigs, to winning BRIT and NME<\/em> Awards and playing huge stages at Glastonbury<\/a> and Reading & Leeds<\/a> in 18 months.<\/p>\n

The record went double-Platinum, as well as bagging a four-star review from NME<\/em><\/a> which declared: \u201cTheir impact will surely stretch beyond rock\u2019s confines\u201d.<\/p>\n

Remembering the release of their debut, the band\u2019s Mike Kerr told\u00a0NME<\/em>: \u201cAt the time that record came out, it was a bit of a whirlwind. I don\u2019t think we would truly take stock of what was happening. Hindsight is a great thing, because you look back and realise how wild it was. For people to build long lasting relationships with things, you need time on your side.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s one thing having a great new song that you\u2019re into, but when there\u2019s a song that you love and it gets baked in with your memories and where you were at that time when it came out, when time moves on those songs become more than just a catchy song that you like, they become a meaningful portal back into that era.\u201d<\/p>\n
