The 28th annual\u00a0Broadway Barks<\/em>\u2014the dog and cat adoption celebration\u00a0founded by three-time Tony honoree Bernadette Peters<\/a> and the late Mary Tyler Moore<\/a>\u2014will be held July 11\u00a0in Shubert Alley.<\/p>\n

Peters and Tony nominee Andrew Rannells<\/a> (The Book of Mormon<\/a><\/em>) will host the annual event, which\u00a0kicks off
\nat 3 PM with a meet and greet of the adoptable pets, with celebrity presentations of the animals from NYC rescue groups\u00a0scheduled for 5\u20136:30 PM.<\/p>\n
