As Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s wedding day approaches, multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly<\/em> that Swift\u2019s once-close friend Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a> did not receive an invitation to the pair\u2019s nuptials.<\/p>\n \u201cBlake understands why she wouldn\u2019t be invited and that it would be a media frenzy,\u201d an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cShe also understands that she and Taylor don\u2019t have the same level of friendship they once had. She isn\u2019t upset about not being invited, but of course, she would love to be there to support her and Travis.\u201d<\/p>\n Swift, 36, and Lively, 38, experienced a falling out after the pop star\u2019s name was dragged into the contentious legal battle between the actress and her It Ends With Us<\/em> director and costar Justin Baldoni<\/strong>. Lively and Baldoni, 42, reached a settlement out of court earlier this month, bringing their 18-month legal drama to an end.<\/p>\n The insider adds that Lively is \u201cat peace\u201d with how things \u201cplayed out\u201d between her and Swift, noting that the Gossip Girl<\/em> alum has \u201cput that chapter behind her.\u201d Still, the friends are taking space from each other.<\/p>\n \u201cThey haven\u2019t been in touch in several months, and their last correspondence was only a few casual texts back and forth,\u201d the insider concludes. \u201cThat is the extent of their friendship.\u201d<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> reached out to reps for Lively and Swift for comment.<\/p>\n During Lively\u2019s battle with Baldoni, which began in December 2024 when the A Simple Favor<\/em> star filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Five Feet Apart<\/em> director, personal text messages between Lively and Swift were made public. A source previously told Us<\/em> that the situation was \u201creally hard\u201d for Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cHaving her texts out there made her feel exposed and kind of violated, like, something private suddenly wasn\u2019t hers anymore,\u201d the source shared. \u201cThat doesn\u2019t sit well with her.\u201d<\/p>\n Lively\u2019s lawyer Sigrid McCawley<\/strong> said in January that the actress has \u201cdone everything she can<\/a> to protect her friends from not being brought into this.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt was the Baldoni parties who brought that evidence into this case. It\u2019s not relevant. What\u2019s relevant is her claims that she was sexually harassed in the workplace and the witnesses are there to see that,\u201d he said at the time.
