\n\tMari, the events company founded last year by Ari Emanuel<\/a>, is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire West End and Broadway theater giant ATG Entertainment<\/a> for \u00a34.5B ($6B).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Financial Times<\/em> reported<\/a> that Mari is in exclusive discussions with ATG\u2019s private equity backer, Providence, over a deal that could be sealed within weeks.<\/p>\n

\n\tDeadline has approached Mari, ATG, and Providence for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\tUK-based ATG owns historic theater venues in London and New York, including the West End\u2019s Savoy, home to Paddington the Musical<\/a><\/em>, and Broadway\u2019s the Lyric, which hosts\u00a0Harry Potter and the Cursed Child<\/a><\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tATG\u2019s revenue rose nearly 5% to \u00a3924M in the year to the end of March 2025, according to its most recently filed accounts on the UK\u2019s Companies House. Its adjusted EBITDA increased 15.7% to \u00a3208M.<\/p>\n

\n\tEmanuel launched Mari in 2025<\/a> as a new holding company for the Frieze art organization, global tennis tournaments and other assets once housed by Endeavor. Several notable investors backed the venture to the tune of $2B, including Apollo and RedBird Capital Partners.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
