My anxiety is a 10,\u201d she tearfully shared on her Instagram Stories Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum noted that she had to use both hands to hold her phone and record the video because her hands are \u201cso shaky.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Teddi Mellencamp posted a vulnerable video revealing what cancer recovery really looks like. <span class=\"credit\">teddimellencamp\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cOne day I\u2019m hopping around doing a million things, and then the next day I am shaking so bad I can barely get up the stairs,\u201d she tearfully told her Instagram followers Wednesday. <span class=\"credit\">teddimellencamp\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThey added in a new medication on Monday and I guess it\u2019s just hitting me really weird,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTam, you\u2019re gonna have a lot to work with today,\u201d Mellencamp quipped, referring to her \u201cTwo Ts In A Pod\u201d co-host, Tamra Judge. \u201cGodspeed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The former Bravo star subsequently posted a screenshot listing the common side effects of her medication, which includes weight gain, headache, dizziness, common cold symptoms and akathisia (an inner sense of restlessness). <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow. This is a blast,\u201d she sarcastically wrote atop the screengrab.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She also shared the side effects from a new medication she started on Monday that has been making her feel \u201creally weird.\u201d  <span class=\"credit\">teddimellencamp\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Mellencamp\u00a0announced her Stage 2 melanoma diagnosis\u00a0in October 2022. <span class=\"credit\">teddimellencamp\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Her last health update came in April, when she <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/30\/celebrity-news\/teddi-mellencamp-showcases-brain-surgery-scars-amid-cancer-battle\/\">bravely showcased her brain surgery scars<\/a> and shared her hair growth following several rounds of radiation therapy. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe hair is too long for the wigs and I\u2019m sick of the wigs.
