A longtime conservative talk radio host has abruptly vanished from the Fresno<\/a> airwaves after a decade behind the mic.<\/p>\n

Trevor Carey is out as the afternoon drive-time host at Power Talk, where he spent 10 years holding down the 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. slot, he confirmed to the Fresno Bee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Carey said he was among several workers caught in a nationwide layoffs Wednesday by parent company iHeartMedia.<\/p>\n
