Goldie.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to Page Six, Rourke claimed he withheld nearly $60,000 in rent because of the \u201cunacceptable living conditions\u201d at the property, including \u201congoing rodent issues\u201d and \u201cbathroom and plumbing\u201d problems.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cCelebrity Big Brother UK\u201d alum said stopping his rent payments \u201cwas not a decision [he] made lightly.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The \u201cCelebrity Big Brother UK\u201d alum also wore a pair of ripped light blue told Page Six in a statement that his client \u201cwaited nearly a year for unpaid rent and made multiple efforts to resolve the matter privately\u201d before he decided to kick Rourke out of the home.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer added that Goldie \u201cis looking to move on and wishes Mr. Rourke the best going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Back in December, a court filing requested that Rourke be ordered to vacate the home in three days or pay Goldie\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-raising-money-to-avoid-eviction-after-falling-behind-60k-in-rent\/\">$59,100 in back rent<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rourke was subsequently spotted\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-staying-at-luxury-west-hollywood-hotel-after-crowdfunding-to-avoid-eviction\/\">removing his dog and a bag of belongings from the house<\/a>\u00a0in January.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>In March, Rourke (seen above with his dogs) was evicted from his LA href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-staying-at-luxury-west-hollywood-hotel-after-crowdfunding-to-avoid-eviction\/\">lodging in a luxury hotel<\/a>\u00a0in West Hollywood, where room rates start at $550 per night.<\/p>\n<p>Rourke\u2019s friend and member of his management team, Liya-Joelle Jones,\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-raising-money-to-avoid-eviction-after-falling-behind-60k-in-rent\/\">launched a GoFundMe to attempt to help Rourke afford the home<\/a>, but the \u201cSin City\u201d star <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/06\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-denies-involvement-with-humiliating-100k-gofundme-as-he-faces-eviction\/\">denied involvement with the fundraiser,<\/a> which raised $100,000.<\/p>\n<p>In a January Instagram video, Rourke said he was \u201cconfused\u201d and \u201cfrustrated\u201d by the GoFundMe and insisted he didn\u2019t ask for \u201cf\u2013king
