For those seeking a summer full of beats, bars and lyrics with a whole lot of attitude, GloRilla<\/strong>\u2019s got you covered.<\/p>\n The rapper (real name Gloria Hallelujah Woods) exclusively shared with Us<\/em> Weekly a taste of what fans can expect from her upcoming album.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted it to have a summer vibe, so it\u2019s gonna be fun, for sure. It\u2019s gonna be turnt \u2014 like, you know, I like to produce turnt music,\u201d GloRilla, 26, told Us<\/em> during an interview to promote her new collaboration with Reese\u2019s Puffs.<\/p>\n \u201cI got some pretty good features on there that I\u2019m excited [about], but I\u2019m not gonna say,\u201d she went on to tease. \u201cAnd it\u2019s gonna be coming soon. Before the summer is all the way over.\u201d<\/p>\n While the six-time Grammy nominee is staying tight-lipped on specifics, she did reveal one collaboration with a member of Destiny\u2019s Child: \u201cI\u2019m a big fan of Destiny\u2019s Child. Like, I love all three of them [Beyonc\u00e9, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams], and so that\u2019s major to me. Like, I\u2019m a huge, die-hard Destiny\u2019s Child fan, so that\u2019s one of them.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2024, GloRilla released her debut studio album, Glorious<\/em>, which reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart in its first week.\u201cIt\u2019s crazy, because I\u2019ve been trying not to overthink it too much, because Glorious, I just feel like that was an amazing body of work for me. Like, I feel like that was in a peak time for me,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n \u201cI think with this album that I\u2019m doing right now \u2014 because on Glorious I touched a lot of different topics, but it was, like, some that was serious and then some that was, like, not serious,\u201d she said. \u201cBut on this album that I\u2019m working on, I\u2019m not that serious. It\u2019s just everything gonna be fun.
