Prince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle<\/a> are gearing up for their first trip to the U.K. in four years, but it seems not all members of the royal family will be welcoming them with open arms.<\/p>\n The Daily Express<\/a> <\/em>is reporting that Queen Camilla<\/a> will be \u201csteering well clear\u201d of the couple during their visit. \u201cCamilla is not going to be around when they [the Sussexes] arrive,\u201d said the outlet\u2019s Carole Malone on the Daily Expresso <\/em>show. \u201cI don\u2019t blame her, because Harry slagged her off big time.\u201d<\/p>\n More from StyleCaster<\/strong><\/p>\n An earlier report from The Times<\/a> <\/em>indicated that Camilla\u2019s \u201cunlikely to get involved\u201d in any meetings with Harry and Meghan and intends to \u201cdeliberately avoid them\u201d by staying at her Ray Mill house in Wiltshire.<\/p>\n Camilla\u2019s decision isn\u2019t surprising given Harry\u2019s harsh remarks about her in his 2023 memoir, Spare<\/em>, where he opened up about their complicated relationship and revealed that he and Prince William initially begged King Charles not to marry her.<\/p>\n Related: Harry at \u2018War\u2019 with Camilla Over Her Effort to \u2018Derail\u2019 His Last \u2018Possible Reunion\u2019 with Charles Amid His Dad\u2019s \u2018Declining Health\u2019\u2014He\u2019s \u2018Fuming\u2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n In a 2023 interview on 60 Minutes<\/a><\/em>, Harry accused Camilla of cooperating with British tabloids to repair her public image, which he said contributed to negative press about him and Meghan. He even went as far as to call Camilla \u201cdangerous\u201d and \u201cthe villain.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere was open willingness on both sides to trade information,\u201d Harry explained. \u201cAnd with a family built on hierarchy, and with her on the way to being Queen Consort, there were going to be people or bodies left in the street.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite the tension, King Charles reportedly plans to open the doors to Buckingham Palace to Harry, Meghan, and their two kids, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5.
