(TMZ was the first to report the news on Thursday, June 25.)<\/p>\n<p>Sandoval alleged that he was having a \u201cverbal disagreement\u201d with Robinson when he discovered she was filming him and her dad allegedly became aggressive. Sandoval then locked himself in a room and said Victoria later attacked him at home, hitting him in the face leading to his vision being blurred. Sandoval then called authorities, leading to her arrest. She was released the same day on bond.<\/p>\n<p>The filing noted that Sandoval has been living with his girlfriend and her dad.
