Andy Cohen paid tribute to Kyra Samson, a production manager on Watch What Happens Live <\/em>who died earlier this week after a glioblastoma diagnosis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The Kyra fund was set up to support research for people with this aggressive form of brain cancer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n \u201cShe\u2019s gonna be terribly missed by all of us here. And, no doubt, by everyone who was lucky enough to know her,\u201d Cohen said through tears.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Andy Cohen<\/a> is mourning a beloved member of the Watch What Happens Live<\/em><\/a> family.<\/p>\n On Thursday evening, Cohen closed out the talk show’s episode with an emotional tribute to the show’s production manager Kyra Samson, who died at 28 after being diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.<\/p>\n “Before we go tonight, I have some devastating news to share from our Watch What Happens Live<\/em> family,” Cohen began, already choked up. “This is hard for me to get through, but, on Tuesday night, our beloved former production manager Kyra Samson passed away from brain cancer.”<\/p>\n “She was only 28. During her four wonderful years with us, Kyra was known for her sweet smile and gentle demeanor \u2014 but she could also be a small but mighty enforcer. To see Kyra on a bullhorn corralling massive crowds at BravoCon was truly a sight to behold.”<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s going to be terribly missed by all of us here. And, no doubt, by everyone who was lucky enough to know her,\u201d Cohen continued, wiping tears from his face.<\/p>\n \u201cI hope you\u2019ll join us in honoring her legacy by donating to the Kyra Fund, which will help provide urgently needed research for people with glioblastomas \u2014 and hopefully help future Kyras out there.\u201d Cohen directed fans to the website<\/a> to donate to the cause.<\/p>\n “We are sending all of our prayers and love to her family and her friends. We love you, Kyra,” Cohen concluded his tribute, which featured a picture of them together.<\/p>\n
