He mentions how he &#8220;could&#8217;ve used your help on this last guy.&#8221; She then confirms, &#8220;Think I&#8217;m gonna stay awhile this time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;The comic book [<em>Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow<\/em>] was kind of its own standalone, but it&#8217;s amazing how well it&#8217;s weaved its way into their relationship and how that will work as a trilogy,&#8221; Gillespie says of the Kara-Kal relationship. &#8220;She&#8217;s really gone through a learning process on this one, and now she gets to go back and have that relationship with Superman from a different place.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Man of Tomorrow<\/em>, set for theaters on July 9, 2027, is part of what Gunn, the co-head of DC Studios, refers to as his &#8220;Super-Family&#8221; saga with <em>Superman<\/em> and <em>Supergirl<\/em>.
