Holly Madison<\/a><\/span> <\/strong>is opening up about her experiences going under the knife for plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had a lower facelift on my jawline,\u201d Madison, 46, revealed on the Wednesday, June 24, episode of DearMedia\u2019s \u201cDerm Approved<\/span><\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cI\u2019m really happy I got it done.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Girls Next Door<\/i><\/span><\/a> star \u2014 who shares two children with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella<\/strong> \u2014 explained to host Dr. Shelia Farhang<\/strong> that she wanted to address jowling and tighten the lower face.<\/p>\n

\u201cA little bit of lipo under my chin. I just felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy and there was just nothing I could do,\u201d she explained. \u201cThere were no lasers or anything that could really do what I wanted it to do so I found somebody whose before and afters I really loved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison explained that she took about two weeks off from filming her own podcast and recovered at a Los Angeles hotel with a nurse.<\/p>\n

When deciding what to get with a professional plastic surgeon, Madison seemingly went with the motto that less is more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d rather have it not go far enough,\u201d she said, \u201cand then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far and I\u2019m looking like the Joker.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farhang replied, \u201cIt\u2019s so much harder to scale back after you\u2019ve gotten too much \u2014\u00a0 especially when you\u2019re cutting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison said that the scars from her surgery sit in front of her ears, but she\u2019s not trying to hide them.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you look close, you can totally see it, but I don\u2019t care,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m kind of open about it. I already talked about it on my podcast.\u201d<\/p>\n
