Kylie Jenner<\/b><\/a> is facing mounting legal trouble from former employees, with at least three active lawsuits filed against the reality star in 2026 alone.<\/p>\n

The 2026 suits \u2014 brought by a former private chef and two former housekeepers \u2014 allege a pattern of harassment, discrimination and labor violations inside Jenner\u2019s household operations. All three plaintiffs are represented by attorney Della Shaker<\/b>. Jenner, for her part, has not publicly commented on any of the suits.<\/p>\n

\u201cCelebrity status does not exempt anyone from California\u2019s employment laws,\u201d Shaker told the Los Angeles Times<\/i> in a statement. \u201cWe look forward to presenting the evidence in court and allowing the facts to speak for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenner had a notable falling out with former BFF Jordyn Woods in February 2019, after the model confessed that she and Tristan Thompson kissed at a party while he was still in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kylie Jenner\u2019s Former Chef Alleges Workload Led to Miscarriage<\/b><\/h2>\n

One of Jenner\u2019s former private chefs named the Kylie Cosmetics mogul in a June 2026 lawsuit, claiming that an unhealthy workload during pregnancy<\/span><\/a> contributed to her miscarriage.<\/p>\n

The plaintiff alleged that she routinely worked 11- to 12-hour shifts for five days a week and was assigned physically demanding tasks while pregnant. In February 2026, when she was five months along, the chef claimed that she was asked to work at a birthday party for one of Jenner\u2019s family members in Palm Springs, California, without \u201cadequate support.\u201d She claimed her concerns about the workload were ignored by supervisors.<\/p>\n

After the event, the cook \u201cexperienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body,\u201d according to court documents that noted the chef woke the next morning to severe hemorrhaging, drove herself to the emergency room and was told there was no detectable heartbeat.<\/p>\n

According to the suit, a supervisor later reprimanded her, saying: \u201cStop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie Jenner\u2019s Housekeeper Shares Harassment Allegations<\/b><\/h2>\n

The first of the housekeeper suits against Jenner was filed by Angelica Vasquez<\/b> in April 2026<\/span><\/a>. Vasquez began working for Jenner in September 2024, initially at her Beverly Hills home before being reassigned to the star\u2019s Hidden Hills residence.<\/p>\n

Vasquez\u2019s suit names Jenner individually along with Kylie Jenner, Inc., Tri Star Services LLC, La Maison Family Services LLC and Does 1 through 25.<\/p>\n

Vasquez, a Salvadorian woman and practicing Catholic, alleged she was \u201csubjected to severe and pervasive harassment\u201d by other employees on the housekeeping staff. According to court documents, she was \u201cmocked for her accent and treated as inferior,\u201d with comments made about her \u201cimmigration status.\u201d She also alleged supervisors \u201csnapped their fingers\u201d at her and often \u201cshouted.\u201d<\/p>\n

By March 2025, the situation allegedly turned violent, with hangers thrown at her feet. Vasquez took medical leave in July 2025 and resigned the following month, citing \u201congoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions.\u201d She is seeking a jury trial.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur client didn\u2019t seek the spotlight \u2014 she sought the protections the law promises every employee,\u201d the plaintiff\u2019s attorney, Shaker, said in a statement to Us Weekly<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A 2nd Housekeeper\u2019s Lawsuit Details Escalating Concerns<\/b><\/h2>\n

A second housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto<\/b>, filed her own suit in May 2026<\/span><\/a>. Soto began as a part-time housekeeper around May 2019 and accepted a full-time position three months later.<\/p>\n

According to court documents, Soto alleges that Jenner and other defendants \u201cfailed to provide adequate staffing, assistance or reasonable working conditions despite increasing and unreasonable demands.\u201d<\/p>\n

In April 2025, Soto allegedly placed a letter on Jenner\u2019s massage bed detailing her concerns. \u201cI need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused\u2026\u201d she wrote, according to court documents. \u201cI really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn\u2019t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Soto alleges she was threatened with termination the next day \u201cand instructed never to contact defendant Jenner again.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability, recognizing that taking the first step is often the most difficult,\u201d attorney Shaker told the Los Angeles Times <\/i>in a statement.<\/p>\n

Kylie Jenner\u2019s Fashion Brand Sued in 2020<\/b><\/h2>\n

The 2026 employment suits are not Jenner\u2019s first brush with litigation. Her fashion brand Kendall + Kylie previously faced an unrelated lawsuit.<\/p>\n

In January 2020, Klauber Brothers Inc. sued Kylie and sister Kendall Jenne<\/b>r\u2019s brand for copyright infringement over the lace designs on an $18 pair of underwear and a $26 Lace Slip Mini Dress.<\/p>\n
