We really loved how it turned out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>Nocturno<\/em>\u00a0moves from requintos to charchetas, through corridos and all the way into urban sounds. Lyrically, while the songs draw from everyday situations and colloquial expressions, the band continues to steer clear of the explicit language that defines much of m\u00fasica tumbada. \u201cThat\u2019s what got us to where we are \u2014 always singing about love, and of course pain too, for fans going through tough times. But we\u2019ve never disrespected women,\u201d Tovar says. \u201cNever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tTovar wrote and produced \u201cElla Baila Sola,\u201d his global hit with Peso Pluma, which spent 19 weeks at No. 1 on Hot Latin Songs and six weeks atop the\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>\u00a0Global 200, and reached No. 4 on the Hot 100. The group\u2019s 2023 album\u00a0<em>Desvelado<\/em>, which included \u201cBaila,\u201d topped both Top Latin Albums and Top Regional Mexican Albums, and hit No. 6 on the all-genre\u00a0Billboard\u00a0200.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAt the time, many gave Peso most of the credit for the song\u2019s success, even though it was an Eslab\u00f3n Armado track. Tovar felt sidelined when the Mexican star\u2019s fame exploded \u2014 especially <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/latin\/eslabon-armado-pedro-tovar-peso-pluma-disappoint-1235320142\/\">when Peso performed it solo<\/a> on\u00a0<em>The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>. \u201cThere were some tense moments, but over time everything cooled off. It wasn\u2019t until a year later that I realized just how massive the song was, when I heard it in so many countries during a trip,\u201d he says. \u201cPeso and I have been messaging for a while, and that\u2019s how the new collab happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThat new collaboration is \u201cAmigos con Derechos,\u201d a corrido tumbado about a love triangle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tEslab\u00f3n Armado is now gearing up for its<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/latin\/eslabon-armado-2026-tour-dates-amor-nocturno-tour-1236268282\/\">\u00a0Amor Nocturno Tour,<\/a> a 28-date U.S. run promoted by Live Nation that kicks off July 24 in Phoenix and wraps Dec. 5 in San Diego. On Aug. 7, the group will play YouTube Theater in L.A., where Peso Pluma is expected to join as a guest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe band also has 12 shows lined up across Mexico, including a Sept. 6 performance at Mexico City\u2019s Festival Arre. Peso Pluma and I had stayed in touch, and we\u2019d talked about doing something together. He called me about a month ago, and I told him I had a song for the album. He asked me to send it, and then didn\u2019t reply. A few days later, he asked me to come by his studio. He played it more than 20 times and started dancing. Right away, he laid down his vocals, and that was it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIt\u2019s about a somewhat toxic relationship, because the girl has a boyfriend. I think it\u2019s a great song, and a lot of people are going to relate to it. Musically, it sounds very tumbado and full of energy. I gave it an intro that hooks you from the jump.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item-wrap lrv-u-margin-b-2\">\n<article class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item\">\n<h2>\u201cB\u00e9same\u201d (feat. This is a love song, but not a romantic one \u2014 it\u2019s possessive love. \u201c<em>No me importa que me beses en p\u00fablico o a solas, solo b\u00e9same<\/em>\u201c (or \u201cI don\u2019t care if you kiss me in public or in private, just kiss me\u201d), the song says. Musically, it\u2019s very energetic \u2014 I\u2019d call it upbeat. It makes you move from head to toe, very much in Calle 24\u2019s lane. You could say it\u2019s a little wild. Imagine that whole urban and trap vibe they do so well \u2014 all of those elements make it a song people are definitely going to connect with.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item-wrap lrv-u-margin-b-2\">\n<article class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item\">\n<h2>\u201cAs\u00ed lo Quiso Dios 2\u201d (feat. I called Dami\u00e1n, who lives in Phoenix, and had him come to California, and we cut it in one take. I was originally going to record this one with Luis R. Conr\u00edquez, but he couldn\u2019t do it, so I offered it to Clave Especial. They liked it, and it came out excellent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tMusically, it has a lot of changes in rhythm and tempo, and that gives it a ton of energy. I don\u2019t think anyone is going to expect what happens when the first part ends and it shifts into something totally different \u2014 that\u2019s the magic of the song. The transition and the chorus are key parts of the melody.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item-wrap lrv-u-margin-b-2\">\n<article class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item\">\n<h2>\u201cX Ti\u201d (feat. It\u2019s pure heartbreak. Jerry Valeria wrote it, and I added the harmonies. When I showed it to Gabito, he immediately said \u201cyes.\u201d All of the duets came together very naturally \u2014 there wasn\u2019t a single song where anybody wanted to change the lyrics or the music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIt\u2019s sad in both the lyrics and the music \u2014 the kind of song for a night of memories or pain. It\u2019s definitely a melancholic track, and both Gabito and all of us put a lot of feeling into it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item-wrap lrv-u-margin-b-2\">\n<article class=\"pmc-fallback-list-item\">\n<h2>\u201cSafaera\u201d (feat. I already had the verses, and I told Jorsshh about it. This was at the beginning of the year \u2014 we got on a video call, I showed him the melody, and he finished it right away. Honestly, I really like the way he writes. He sent it over, I recorded it, and weeks later he recorded his vocals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIt\u2019s another one of my favorites.
