The couple started dating in 2024, about a year after she and former husband Jim Toth announced their plans to divorce after 12 years of marriage.<\/p>\n “It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce,” they said in a statement. “We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together…Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. They were photographed dining at L’Artusi in the West Village, sparking dating rumors.<\/p>\n A source told People<\/em><\/a> at the time that Witherspoon and Haarmann are “friends.”<\/p>\n A second insider says the actress “is taking things slow when it comes to dating” since she split with ex-husband Jim Toth.<\/p>\n “She enjoys it but doesn’t want it to be a big focus.
