Collin Gosselin<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about his complicated family dynamics<\/a> ahead of his tell-all memoir.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think [my sister] Hannah [Gosselin]<\/strong><\/a> is very sentimental and reminiscent, in a way, and I think she wants to still have a piece of that family,\u201d Gosselin, 22, said in a Saturday, June 27, interview shared via YouTube. \u201cAnd I even look back at it like this \u2014 during my parents\u2019 divorce Hannah was always so much closer with my dad. But now that I look at it I don\u2019t think that it was that she was closer with my dad, I think she just wanted both parents in her life. And it makes a lot of sense and that literally is normal \u2014 that\u2019s a normal thing kids want that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collin and Hannah, also 22, are two of Kate Gosselin<\/strong><\/a> and ex-husband Jon Gosselin<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s eight children, made famous by their reality TV series Jon & Kate Plus 8<\/em>. The former couple also share twins Mady and Cara, both 25, and the remaining sextuplets Alexis, Leah, Joel and Aiden, all 22.<\/p>\n

The pair finalized their divorce<\/a> in December 2009 after 10 years of marriage. Jon eventually took custody of Hannah and Collin, while Kate retained custody of the pair\u2019s remaining six children.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCollin Gosselin\u2018s relationship with his seven siblings has been strained since he moved in with their father, Jon Gosselin, in late 2018. \u201cI have not spoken with my siblings in probably five or six years now,\u201d Collin told Entertainment Tonight in November 2022, adding that the estrangement has been \u201ctough\u201d for him to navigate. \u201cI [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

From Collin\u2019s point of view, before Hannah went to live with their father she wanted to be \u201ccloser\u201d to him. After living with him, he believes she shifted her focus back to her mom.<\/p>\n
