Keke Palmer<\/a> wasn\u2019t afraid to speak her mind during Sunday\u2019s BET Awards<\/a> in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Host Druski gleefully razzed guests as he made his way around the VIP audience, but then Palmer swiftly flipped the script when he started approaching her with a catcall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Immediately, the star of \u201cI Love Boosters\u201d stood up and shut him down, saying, \u201cI don\u2019t need none of that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n After some banter back and forth about Druski\u2019s spot on Forbes magazine\u2019s Top Creators list,<\/a> Palmer\u2019s patience was wearing thin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cYou\u2019re doing too much. This should\u2019ve been my gig,\u201d she said jokingly, after grabbing the mic to give the YouTube comedian a taste of his own medicine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cWhy the hell would they have you host?\u201d she went on. \u201cThis is the problem with BET.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n While Druski\u2019s comedy has been the source of recent controversy, he seemed to be playing things safe at Sunday\u2019s awards. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n In March, the entertainer ignited intense backlash<\/a> for plastering on white makeup and donning a blonde wig in a video titled \u201cHow Conservative Women in America Act.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Though the sketch didn\u2019t say if Druski was impersonating anyone specific, many clocked his drag persona\u2019s uncanny likeness to Erika Kirk,<\/a> the pyrotechnic-happy widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The comic was decried by right-wing influencers, Fox News<\/a> and Sen. Ted Cruz, who called the bit \u201cbeneath contempt.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
