Cara Delevingne<\/strong><\/a> confirmed that she and Amber Heard<\/strong><\/a> had a romantic relationship amid the actress\u2019 highly-publicized divorce from Johnny Depp<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s because we did a movie together, and it was called London Fields<\/em>. He was also doing the movie,\u201d Delevingne, 33, said of her connection to Heard, 40, and Depp, 63, during her Monday, June 29, appearance on \u201cThe Louis Theroux Podcast.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI think he was pretty driven crazy by jealousy,\u201d she continued. \u201cNothing was happening at that point. Later, after they divorced, it had, I suppose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Theroux asked Delevingne to clarify what she meant by she supposed.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJohnny Depp and Amber Heard were married for less than two years, but they\u2019ve weathered a ton of ups and downs since their 2016 split. The Oscar nominee and the Aquaman star met on the set of the 2011 film The Rum Diary, which began production in early 2009. At the time, Depp was in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cNo, I don\u2019t suppose. I know,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Theroux asked Delevingne if she considered her relationship with Heard to be \u201can entanglement,\u201d prompting the Carnival Row<\/em> actress to admit she did not understand the word\u2019s meaning.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it means a relatively short-lived liaison or series of physical encounters,\u201d Theroux explained.<\/p>\n

After confirming what Theroux meant by \u201centanglement,\u201d Delevingne shared that she guessed her and Heard\u2019s dynamic could be described as such.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were close for a long time, and then when they were going through the divorce, yeah, we were entangled, I suppose,\u201d she said. \u201cBut she was also entangled with other people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Delevingne and Heard were first linked as friends in the 2010s. The women would attend multiple functions alongside other famous pals, including Margot Robbie. Delevingne was by Heard\u2019s side following the Aquaman<\/em> actress\u2019 split from Depp in 2016. When Heard filed for divorce, she accused Depp of physical and sexual abuse. The Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em> actor vehemently denied the allegations<\/p>\n

Six years later, Depp sued Heard for $50 million, claiming she defamed him in a 2018 Washington Post essay she wrote about being a victim of sexual violence.
