He is now allegedly addressing those issues with a new health care provider.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThis process has forced me to confront things about my health, my judgment and my life,\u201d Rinsch reportedly said before apologizing for his behavior and acknowledging that &#8220;real harm was caused.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;I failed to recognize the danger of the state I was in,&#8221; he added, according to <em>ABC News<\/em>, although his lawyers declined to detail his psychological issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">U.S. District Judge Jed S.
