Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton<\/strong> is raising eyebrows amid a contentious midterm election \u2014 and not for his political platform.<\/p>\n

Paxton, 63, was spotted traveling from Washington, D.C., to Iceland on Saturday, June 27, with a woman multiple outlets are reporting as his alleged mistress, Tracy Duhon<\/strong>, including the Daily Mail<\/span><\/a> and The Daily Best<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The pair were spotted together at Dulles International Airport, boarding a flight to Reykjavik, Iceland\u2019s capital. They were seated in economy during the flight, per the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/i> has reached out to Paxton\u2019s office and Duhon for comment.<\/p>\n

While Ken is still legally married to State Senator Angela Paxton<\/strong>, the pair \u2014 who share four adult children and five grandchildren \u2014 are currently going through a very public divorce following her husband\u2019s alleged infidelity.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, after 38 years of marriage, I filed for divorce on biblical grounds. I believe marriage is a sacred covenant and I have earnestly pursued reconciliation. But in light of recent discoveries, I do not believe that it honors God or is loving to myself, my children, or Ken to remain in the marriage,\u201d Angela, 63, wrote via X<\/span><\/a> in July 2025. \u201cI move forward with complete confidence that God is always working everything together for the good of those who love Him and who are called according to His purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Angela, a Republican representing the McKinney, Texas, area, filed a petition for divorce in Collin County and accused her husband of adultery. She also claimed in the divorce papers, per KUT<\/span><\/a>, that the couple ceased living together in June 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter facing the pressures of countless political attacks and public scrutiny, Angela and I have decided to start a new chapter in our lives,\u201d Ken wrote via X<\/span><\/a> in July 2025.\u00a0 \u201cI could not be any more proud or grateful for the incredible family that God has blessed us with, and I remain committed to supporting our amazing children and grandchildren. I ask for your prayers and privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Duhon has never confirmed a romantic relationship with Ken or publicly responded to reports<\/span><\/a> of an alleged romance during his marriage.<\/p>\n
