Former pro boxer Mickey Rourke<\/a> is making headlines, but this time it is not for an upcoming film role or a controversial comment.<\/p>\n The 73-year-old appeared disheveled and nearly unrecognizable while stepping out in Los Angeles earlier this week.<\/p>\n Rourke wore ripped jeans, a grey hoodie, and sunglasses while out walking his three dogs. However, he also noted that it wasn\u2019t without good reason.<\/p>\n Rourke alleged that the living conditions inside the home were \u201cunacceptable,\u201d also claiming there were \u201congoing rodent issues\u201d and \u201cbathroom and plumbing\u201d problems.<\/p>\n He also noted that this \u201cwas not a decision [he] made lightly.\u201d<\/p>\n A lawyer for Rourke\u2019s former landlord said Goldie \u201cwaited nearly a year for unpaid rent and made multiple efforts to resolve the matter privately.\u201d Nevertheless, Rourke was ultimately booted from the property.<\/p>\n Goldie has no apparent animosity toward his former tenant and \u201cis looking to move on and wishes Mr. Rourke the best going forward,\u201d according to his lawyer.<\/p>\n After being evicted, Rourke began staying in a luxury Hollywood hotel. Liya-Joelle Jones, a member of his team, launched a GoFundMe to assist the former boxer financially.
