Kylie Jenner<\/a> is being sued for the third time in about two months, with the newest suit being filed by her former private chef claiming she suffered a miscarriage due to physically demanding work conditions.<\/p>\n In court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times<\/em><\/a>, the unidentified woman alleges that, from Nov. 2024 through March 2025, she routinely worked 11- to 12-hour shifts, five days a week. After allegedly informing her supervisors in early Dec. 2024 that she was three months pregnant and \u201crequired reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy,\u201d the chef claimed she was still given physically demanding tasks.<\/p>\n The woman alleges that her \u201chostile\u201d supervisors directed her on New Year\u2019s Eve 2024 to \u201clift and transport heavy food items across the streets and uphill without assistance.\u201d She allegedly became \u201cdizzy, began choking and grasping for air, and required assistance from security personnel, who intervened by providing water and aid.\u201d<\/p>\n The complaint cites an incident that took place around Feb. 1, 2025 when she was assigned to work at a birthday event in Palm Springs for Jenner\u2019s child while being five months pregnant. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cDue to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event,\u201d the suit reads. \u201cThat evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload.\u201d<\/p>\n The woman allegedly woke up the following morning with severe hemorrhaging. After driving herself to the emergency room, she was told by doctors that her unborn child did not have a detectable heartbeat.<\/p>\n Days after informing her supervisors of the miscarriage, the woman was \u201cfalsely accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray following the Palm Springs event.\u201d<\/p>\n The woman allegedly collapsed in her bathroom on Feb. 8 after suffering severe hemorrhaging again.<\/p>\n The complaint claimed she was later reprimanded by a supervisor, who told her, \u201cStop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed.\u201d<\/p>\n The former chef alleges she was not only wrongfully terminated, but she dealt with accommodation failures, pregnancy discrimination and harassment. The woman was also allegedly misclassified as an independent contractor, not paid on time or accurately compensated for her hours worked.<\/p>\n The woman claimed she submitted a formal written complaint to the management team Tri Star following her dismissal, and received an email offering her a settlement with a release agreement.<\/p>\n She is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.<\/p>\n Kylie was sued in April by former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez, who alleges she was discriminated and harassed by her fellow housekeepers<\/a>.
