The competition is open to a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and any other running vehicles, though derby cars are excluded.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will compete for a share of a $3,000 prize purse, divided among three categories based on engine size: four-cylinder, six-cylinder, and eight-cylinder classes. The main attraction of the evening will be the \u201cChain Race,\u201d where two vehicles are connected bumper-to-bumper with a ten-foot chain. In a twist, drivers must reverse their direction halfway through the race.<\/p>\n<p>Safety regulations require all vehicles to have a cage and rollover bar, as well as clearly visible numbers on top.
