The home hit the market on June 24, with Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby\u2019s as the listing agent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had a lot of health issues this year, and that was really hard for me and my mother,\u201d said Hilton to the Review-Journal about the reason for the move. \u201cI just felt this calling that we needed to be back where I was born and raised and be around family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hilton moved from Miami when he was 18 years old and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/neon.reviewjournal.com\/kats\/las-vegas-is-perez-hiltons-family-destination-2723903\/\" target=\"_blank\">settled in Las Vegas in January 2023. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 6,569-square-foot home, 7389 Olive Creek Court, is on a private corner of the community, sits on around half an acre, and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a lovely Blue Heron home in a very secluded community,\u201d said Hilton to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. \u201cI love the home, and there\u2019s going to be a very lucky next owner of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Inside the home, there is an indoor-outdoor design, with \u201cstriking contemporary architecture,\u201d according to the listing, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The home has also been the setting of Hilton\u2019s numerous TV interviews and documentaries, including ones about the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal drama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis home was designed for the way people want to live and entertain today,\u201d said Winterton. \u201cThe natural light, open spaces and seamless connection to the backyard create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each bedroom has an en-suite, with the primary downstairs, finished with spacious bathrooms and closet areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI loved my bathroom,\u201d said Hilton. \u201cIt was the biggest shower I\u2019ve ever owned, a two-person shower with an overhead spout. It was just magical.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the home has one of Blue Heron\u2019s \u201csignature\u201d NextGen Suites, which includes private living quarters with a separate entrance. Hilton said his mother lived in the space. Additionally, there is an attached casita.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the perfect home for a family, especially one that loves to have guests, because there\u2019s also a casita, so your guests could have privacy and everybody could sleep in and not wake each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is also a spacious outdoor area, with a pool, spa and outdoor living spaces, which Hilton said is one of the largest in the development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI built it, so it was brand new, so it\u2019s all done to my likings and customizations,\u201d said Hilton.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Emerson Drewes at edrewes@reviewjournal.com.
