President Donald Trump<\/strong> leaned into one of his favorite political taunts on Wednesday night, sharing a bizarre AI-generated video depicting himself as a doctor treating celebrity critics for what he calls \u201cTrump Derangement Syndrome.\u201d<\/p>\n The roughly 90-second clip, posted to Trump\u2019s Truth Social account, comes with fake testimonials from Hollywood stars including The View\u2019s<\/em> Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong>, comedian Rosie O\u2019Donnell<\/strong>, and Hollywood actors Robert De Niro<\/strong>, Julia Roberts<\/strong>, and Edward Norton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The video opens with an AI-generated version of the president, dressed as a physician, asking viewers: \u201cHave you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I\u2019m Doctor Trump, and I have a treatment plan,\u201d the AI version of Trump says before introducing a series of celebrity \u201cpatients.\u201d<\/p>\n The fabricated De Niro says: \u201cI couldn\u2019t eat, I couldn\u2019t sleep, constantly angry\u2026 I made everyone miserable around me.\u201d<\/p>\n An AI-generated Roberts follows by claiming: \u201cI feel like I\u2019ve aged 20 years in the last two years,\u201d adding that she had begun to \u201cworry about her future.\u201d<\/p>\n The video also features an AI version of O\u2019Donnell, who says she has been \u201csuffering for over a decade,\u201d and Goldberg, who claims she believed she was a \u201clost cause.\u201d<\/p>\n Norton and actor John Leguizamo<\/strong>, both outspoken Trump critics, also appear in the spoof. Only in the video\u2019s closing moments does the AI-generated president reveal his tongue-in-cheek \u201cprescription.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cTurn off fake news,\u201d he says. \u201cSay your prayers and, if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me and you\u2019re gonna see a remarkable difference in your life.\u201d<\/p>\n Trump has frequently accused political opponents and media critics of suffering from \u201cTrump Derangement Syndrome,\u201d a phrase he has used repeatedly throughout his political career. Earlier this year, he even suggested<\/a> from the Oval Office that he had heard it \u201cactually is a disease.\u201d<\/p>\n Several of the celebrities featured in Trump\u2019s video have been outspoken critics of the president.
