But ahead of her longtime friend<\/a> Taylor Swift\u2019s wedding rehearsal dinner<\/a> tonight, the actress hopped on a plane to travel over 3,400 miles away<\/a> to New York City. Gomez shared a video of herself en route to the Madison Square Garden venue. She was wearing a black look with Fernando Jorge<\/a> jewelry, including $29,000 earrings<\/a> and a $11,000 ring<\/a>.<\/p>\n Prior to this evening, the actress was last seen<\/a> in London on June 30 and was photographed<\/a> filming scenes with Nicola Coughlan<\/a> on June 29.<\/p>\n Gomez was very active on social media today, sharing a message to her husband, Benny Blanco, as they maintain their long-distance relationship<\/a>. She also teased a new product launch. (Her Rare Beauty account has too, with the promo focused on the word<\/a> \u201cWish.\u201d)<\/p>\n Swift and Gomez have been friends<\/a> for over 17 years. In September, Swift attended Gomez\u2019s wedding to Blanco. She later spoke about how moving it was to watch Gomez get married.<\/p>\n \u201cI got to see her be the most elegant, gorgeous, not only bride, but just vision that I\u2019ve ever seen in my life,\u201d she told Jimmy Fallon<\/a> on The Tonight Show<\/em> in October. \u201cI\u2019ve never seen anything so beautiful as her on her wedding day. And she deserves all this happiness. Benny is\u2014he\u2019s him. He\u2019s so funny.
