Amanda Seyfried<\/a> has barely aged a day as she shared a three-decade-old photo on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The actress, 40, took to Instagram and posted a snap of herself from 1997 when she was just 11 years old. The photo appears to be a modelling headshot, as Amanda began her career in front of the camera as a child.<\/p>\n

The Mamma Mia star wore a black T-shirt in the snap, with her locks styled into an updo. Alongside the photo, she wrote: “First comp card (1997)”.<\/p>\n

    Lasting friendship<\/h2>\n

    Amanda and Lindsay have remained good friends since starring together in Mean Girls in 2004.<\/p>\n

    Amanda, speaking with GQ<\/a>, noted she has a protectiveness over Lindsay after the “ugly,” “outsized bashing” she experienced at the hands of netizens and media for years. “I also wasn’t working at that level. The spotlight was on her, no matter what she did.”<\/p>\n

    Lindsay, contributing to the profile, also shared: “We’ve stayed close because there’s genuine trust and respect between us.”<\/p>\n

    Amanda, who lives in upstate New York, has been married to fellow actor Thomas Sadoski since 2017, and they are parents to daughter Nina, nine, and son Thomas, five.<\/p>\n
