In typical Taylor Swift<\/a> fashion, she may have hinted at the design for her wedding dress almost a year ago in an Easter egg from her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>. <\/p>\n

Taylor and Travis Kelce<\/a> married at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3, 2026. MSG announced the news with a jumbotron outside that read \u201cJUST&T MARRIED!\u201d While no photos of Taylor\u2019s wedding dress have been released, at the time of writing, her publicist, Tree Paine, confirmed in a press release that both Taylor and Travis wore Dior looks designed by Jonathan Anderson. Her shoes were Christian Louboutin and she accessorized with Cartier jewelry.<\/p>\n

What did Taylor Swift\u2019s wedding dress look like? <\/h2>\n

A source told The Daily Mail<\/a> in April that Taylor\u2019s dress was Taylor\u2019s dress was inspired by the gown Elizabeth Taylor wore for her wedding to Conrad Hilton (the great uncle of Paris Hilton) in 1950. As Swifties know, Taylor paid homage to the late Hollywood actress in her song, \u201cElizabeth Taylor,\u201d from The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>, which was released in October 2025, nine months before her wedding. <\/p>\n

\u201cTaylor spent so much time looking at old photos of Elizabeth Taylor when she was making her music video for that song that she became enamored with the movie queen\u2019s style,\u201d the insider said. \u201cSo when she started thinking about her wedding dress, she looked up Elizabeth\u2019s old gowns online.\u201d<\/p>\n

The source added that Taylor was inspired by Elizabeth\u2019s dress because it was \u201cso flattering.\u201d \u201cTaylor said she liked how it was old fashioned and came in at the waistline, plus the lace detailing,\u201d the insider continued. <\/p>\n

The source also revealed that Taylor was considering borrowing one of Elizabeth\u2019s pieces of jewelry for her ceremony to Travis. \u201cShe loves Elizabeth\u2019s jewels so she may just wear one of her pieces, something on the smaller side for when she walks down the aisle, but she would need to ask Taylor\u2019s estate,\u201d the insider said. <\/p>\n

Elizabeth wore a formal satin wedding gown featuring a fitted bodice and full skirt, a high neckline and long sleeves, which was traditional for the time. She paired her look with a long, dramatic veil and completed it with pearls and understated jewelry.<\/p>\n

Taylor\u2019s younger brother, Austin Swift, served as her Man of Honor, while Travis\u2019 older brother, Jason Kelce, was his Best Man.
