In partnership with Open\u2019er Festival<\/em><\/p>\n JENNIE<\/a> headlined the fourth and final night of Open\u2019er Festival<\/a> earlier today (July 4) with an impressive set that featured a handful of unreleased tracks that will be shared \u201csoon\u201d.<\/p>\n JENNIE released her first solo track \u2018Solo\u2019 back in 2018 and followed it up in 2023 with \u2018You & Me\u2019 and The Weeknd<\/a> collab \u2018One Of The Girls\u2019, which also featured Lily-Rose Depp. Her debut album \u2018Ruby<\/a>\u2019 was released last year but the BLACKPINK<\/a> star is already teasing what comes next.<\/p>\n Taking to the stage of Open\u2019er Festival on Saturday night, JENNIE played a 17-track set that pulled heavily from 2025\u2019s \u2018Ruby\u2019. She also performed \u2018One Of The Girls\u2019 as well as her recent remix of Tame Impala<\/a>\u2019s \u2018Dracula\u2019. There were no BLACKPINK covers during the hour-long show, but Jennie did perform a trio of new songs.<\/p>\n \u201cSo Open\u2019er, you want to hear some new music,\u201d she asked before \u2018Lock It Down\u2019, a pulsating dance-pop banger about a \u201csecret love affair\u201d <\/i>that was first premiered last month at Governor\u2019s Ball. \u201cI want everyone to dance with me on this one,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Elsewhere, JENNIE performed \u2018Heaven\u2019, an emotionally-charged song about heartbreak, and before the k-pop star closed out her set with breakout hit \u2018Like Jennie\u2019, she aired the dreamy, unreleased ballad \u2018Less Than A Lover\u2019. \u201cIt\u2019s a song I wrote thinking about summer,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt feels really special to share new music with this many people.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI really can\u2019t wait to share this new music with you soon,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n \u2018Filter\u2019 Speaking to V Magazine<\/i><\/a> shortly after \u2018Ruby\u2019 was released, JENNIE said: \u201cI just can\u2019t wait for this new chapter of mine to open, not because I\u2019m entering my 30s, but because there are just so many exciting things that I\u2019ve planned ahead.<\/p>\n \u201cThrough my debut album \u2018Ruby\u2019, it was a great way for me to explore new sounds and just rediscover myself and my love for music, and find new ways to approach it,\u201d she added. \u201cThe decisions, the thought process, and ideas are coming 100% from me. It feels like I own everything.\u201d<\/p>\n Open\u2019er Festival\u2019s final day also featured performances from Addison Rae<\/a>, PinkPantheress <\/a>and JADE<\/a>.
