Andy Cohen<\/a> and Anderson Cooper<\/a> were in stitches during a surprise visit from Cheri Oteri<\/a> as Barbara Walters<\/a>.<\/p>\n On Friday, July 3, Oteri joined Cohen and Cooper \u2014 while dressed as the late Walters, who died at 93 in 2022<\/a> \u2014 during celebrity.land\u2019s countdown to the 250th anniversary of the U.S. The actress and comedian repeatedly impersonated Walters on Saturday Night Live<\/a> from 1995 to 2000.<\/p>\n \u201cAll right, we have a special treat now,\u201d Cohen said during the Independence Day eve appearance on celebrity.land<\/a>. \u201cJoining us to celebrate 250 years of America from heaven, it\u2019s the one and only Barbara Walters.\u201d He added, \u201cWow, Barbara, you are truly heaven-sent. I can\u2019t believe you\u2019re here.\u201d<\/p>\n Oteri, as the late 20\/20<\/a> anchor, then reported in her best Walters voice, \u201cI didn\u2019t think there was a way I\u2019d be able to join you, either.
