Emilie Kiser, the influencer whose 3-year-old son drowned in a 2025 accident, announced Friday she is pregnant with her third child.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\u201cWe are so grateful and excited to share that we will be welcoming another baby into our family,\u201d Kiser posted Friday on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cThis news feels very surreal and has already been such a bright light to us during some of our darkest days.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n It\u2019s been a little more than a year since her son Trigg died in a drowning accident in the family\u2019s backyard pool at their home in Arizona. Kiser, who had given birth to her second child five weeks earlier, was out to eat with friends, and her husband, Brady, was watching their two sons at home when the accident happened. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Trigg was \u201cin the backyard unsupervised for more than nine minutes, and in the water for about seven of those minutes,\u201d police said at the time. Trigg was hospitalized in critical condition, and he died six days later.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kiser wrote in her pregnancy announcement that her family\u2019s privacy will always be her \u201cpriority\u201d and because of that, she isn\u2019t sure how much she will share about the pregnancy. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThis baby has already brought so much hope and joy into our home, and we are treasuring every moment of it together,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kiser opened up about the drowning and her life in June on Jay Shetty\u2019s podcast<\/a>, saying she was able to forgive her husband when she realized it could have just as easily happened to her. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI have so much respect for him, honestly, and I think that would maybe shock people,\u201d Kiser said on \u201cOn Purpose with Jay Shetty.\u201d \u201cBut he has allowed me to take out every emotion I\u2019ve had throughout this process, whether it\u2019s on him or talking to him or with other people.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kiser, who has more than 5 million followers on TikTok, returned to social media<\/a> four months after the drowning accident and since then has posted about her daily life, but she is selective with what she chooses to share about her grieving journey. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThe last thing I want to do is put myself in a position where I\u2019m sharing too much, or I\u2019m not ready to share stuff and I share it,\u201d she said in her first TikTok<\/a> back. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
