{"id":2490064,"date":"2026-07-06T12:05:52","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T12:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/?p=2490064"},"modified":"2026-07-06T12:05:52","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T12:05:52","slug":"royal-superfan-visits-jedburgh-for-king-charles-iii-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/royal-superfan-visits-jedburgh-for-king-charles-iii-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Royal superfan visits Jedburgh for King Charles III visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"subscription-content\">\n<p>\n  Pupils from surrounding schools waved Scottish and British flags, along with townsfolk from across the Borders and across Scotland.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  And the crowd was even made up from visitors as far as Italy who headed to the town for the opportunity to see the monarch.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  One passer-by came from closer to home, but has devoted her entire life to the activities of the Royal Family.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Sheila Clark, from Glasgow, travelled through early in the morning and arrived at 7am to ensure that she had a good spot.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: \u201cI just wanted to see the King while he was in Scotland.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cI\u2019ve been following the Royal Family for all my life really and I take photographs and I like to pass over a photo. I love a visit to a town like Jedburgh.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cI was in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bordertelegraph.com\/news\/selkirk\/?ref=au\" target=\"_blank\">Selkirk<\/a> three years ago when he was there &#8211;
