Despite that, Hirose claimed they were the true owners of the track and should\u2019ve been involved in the administrative process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The lawsuit, filed on July 29, 2025, was deemed invalid by the judge because Hirose Enterprises LLC was formed a week later in early August 2025.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mb-4 text-xl font-bold md:text-2xl\">A U.S. Judge Used Bey Lyrics In His Ruling On The Matter<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The judge presiding over the copyright claim used lyrics from the song in question in his ruling.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cPlease do not be alarmed, remain calm: like the DJ booth referenced in the works at issue, this district judge must conduct a troubleshoot test of the entire system\u2014that is, a jurisdictional inquiry\u2014before reaching any of the parties\u2019 merits arguments,\u201d he wrote. \u201cPlaintiff had no legal existence at the time it brought suit, so it cannot have held a stake in the outcome of the litigation at the time it filed the complaint.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cAlien Superstar\u201d is the third track on Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s Grammy-winning seventh studio album, \u201cRENAISSANCE.\u201d The album, released in July 2022, is all about self-expression and inspiring others to live their authentic lives.
