All events are taking place on Saturday, July 4 unless a different date is noted. Good to keep in mind? Some festivities are totally free, others are ticketed, and a few offer both options depending on your interests. <\/p>\n

Gloria Molina Grand Park<\/a> is the celebratory spot for “the largest free Fourth of July celebration on the West Coast,” a party featuring live tunes, DJ music, dance performances, food trucks, games, and a dazzling drone show. Get times and details about the Summer Block Party and look into arriving\/departing by Metro.<\/p>\n The annual Fourth of July revelries in Huntington Beach<\/a> also rock quite the billing: “The largest Independence Day Celebration west of the Mississippi!” has been around for well over a century and has sparkle to spare. A parade, a carnival, and other community-focused fun times are on the July 3-5 roster, with “Fireworks over the Ocean” twinkling July 4.<\/p>\n The July 4th Benefit Show<\/a> at LA Memorial Coliseum hosted by Queen Latifah, called “America’s Block Party Benefiting Giving 4th,” will feature games, giveaways, a drone show, and a giveback focus: Helping Feeding America is part of the event’s mission. Some 5,000 complimentary tickets will be given to veterans and active-duty service members.<\/p>\n The 79th Palisades July 4th Celebration<\/a>, one of SoCal’s oldest Independence Day fests, movingly returns with a parade and drone show. “… (J)ust eighteen months after the devastation that consumed our beautiful Pacific Palisades community, the Palisades 4th of July is back” is the joyful word from organizers.<\/p>\n The 4th of July Show<\/a> in Burbank will feature a bevy of bright drones launching from the Starlight Bowl. Important to know? The venue will be closed during the event, so you’ll want to find a place to watch outside of the bowl. Details are available on the City of Burbank site.<\/p>\n Dana Point<\/a> famously goes all out, and then some, each Fourth of July with fireworks, music, and a host of holiday-tastic offerings. The over-the-water fireworks will glimmer near Doheny State Beach, while 4th of July cruises and the Stars, Stripes, and Sounds Festival will bring the vibes to Lantern Bay Park.<\/p>\n Shining LBC: America’s 250<\/a> is the stirring name for Long Beach’s “weeklong celebration,” a multi-day festivity “Fireworks at the Waterfront” and other Fourth-style offerings. The Queen Mary has tickets if you’d like to check out the sky show from the big boat.<\/p>\n The Beach Boys will summon sandy sweetness, along with special guest John Stamos, at the Hollywood Bowl<\/a> on July 2, 3, and 4. Ride a wave at the legendary music venue and enjoy a post-show Fireworks Spectacular each night.<\/p>\n It’s a 3rd of July Fireworks Extravaganza<\/a> in Moorpark, where music, food trucks, and all sorts of shimmering diversions will revel at Arroyo Vista Community Park. Again: This festivity is happening on Friday, July 3.<\/p>\n Cinespia<\/a> is taking it big, dinosaur-big, on the Fourth of July with a screening of “Jurassic Park” at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, along with a fireworks display. If you’re a “Shrek” maven, the beloved animated fantasy will screen July 3, with, yep, fireworks on the schedule.<\/p>\n Marina del Rey<\/a> offers several great viewing spots for its Fourth of July fireworks, but if you’d like to also enjoy the synchronized music, you’ll want to head for Fisherman’s Village or Burton Chace Park.<\/p>\n Seeking an adorable and free daytime gathering that’s been a Long Beach tradition for years? Help your little ones decorate their cycles and head for The Great American Kids’ Bike Parade.<\/a> It starts at 10 a.m. on July 4 at 1 Granada Avenue.<\/p>\n Councilmember Bob Blumenfield’s July 4th Extravaganza at Warner Park<\/a> is a tradition cherished by families in the Woodland Hills area, and the 2026 event will be as rocking as years gone by. Doctor Wu \u2014 The Music of Steely Dan will be the featured act, while a 20-minute fireworks show wraps the fun.<\/p>\n Knott’s Fourth of July Fireworks<\/a> will bring the effervescent occasion to the Buena Park theme park. Nearby in Anaheim? The July 4 fireworks at Disneyland<\/a> will feature patriotic tunes.
