\u201cMy Maine fans, I\u2019m so sorry,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThe show is being rescheduled to July 28. Please hold on to your tickets; they will be honored for the rescheduled date. More information will be emailed directly to the ticketholders.\u201d<\/p>\n
He then added, \u201cI ain\u2019t (expletive) without you. I can\u2019t wait to come back and give you the show you deserve.\u201d <\/p>\n
No explanation was given about why Lil Wayne was forced to bow out of his Maine show. <\/p>\n
The performance was considered the first stop of Lil Wayne\u2019s \u201c20+ Years of Carter Classic\u201d tour. <\/p>\n
Other stops on the tour are Grand Rapids, Michigan, Reading, Pennsylvania, Fort Worth, Texas, and Chicago, Illinois. The tour will wrap in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Oct. 23.<\/p>\n
