Now it\u2019s putting that methodology to work in a search for emerging producers too.\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its \u2018<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nnc.hybeaudition.com\/en\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Next New Creator<\/a>\u2019 program launched this week with four of its labels \u2013\u00a0BigHit Music, Belift Lab, Pledis Entertainment and YX Labels \u2013\u00a0involved as well as the parent company.\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contest is open to \u201caspiring pop music producers\u201d aged 18 and over, globally, working as individuals or teams. They have to submit 2-5 demo tracks, with the ultimate contest prize being KRW 5m ($3.3k) and a collaboration opportunity with one of the labels.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hybe is looking for producers with \u201can excellent understanding of the global music market and trends\u201d, adding that \u201cmusic with fresh sounds and a trendy style is preferred\u201d.\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In answer to the obvious question, Hybe noted in the contest terms that \u201cuse of AI is prohibited\u201d.
